Job Description
You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured classroom activities, 1:1 support, and small-group sessions. You’ll help reinforce routines, support communication, and guide pupils through learning tasks. Working alongside teachers and therapists, you’ll contribute to personalised strategies that support engagement and progress.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.

- Share progress with teaching and SEND teams.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional needs.
- Calm communication and strong relationship-building skills.
