Job Description

A Primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils who need reassurance, structured guidance, and consistent routines. You’ll help with group activities, model tasks, and guide pupils through transitions. Some learners need confidence; others need calm prompts to stay focused. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll help create a positive, organised classroom where every child feels able to succeed. Support pupils in class and small groups. Assist with routines, transitions, and engagement. Model tasks clearly and patiently. Work closely with the class teacher.
