Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated SEMH 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide daily support to a student with emotional and behavioural needs. You’ll work in a trauma-informed environment with a strong, collaborative team and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to a young person’s wellbeing and development.

  • Provide consistent 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs
  • Help manage behaviour and build trust
  • Deliver tailored academic and emotional interventions
  • Work closely with the SEN and safeguarding teams

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEND
  • Must be able to drive
  • Worked in a UK school previously
  • Calm, empathetic and confident working 1:1
