Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate Hair and Beauty Trainer to lead practical workshops in a specialist provision. You will teach young people vocational skills, confidence, and discipline through hands-on experience. Whether you’ve worked in salons or training centres, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to change lives through creativity and care.

  • Deliver practical sessions in hair, nails, and beauty
  • Teach hygiene, professionalism, and salon techniques
  • Engage learners with low confidence or behavioural needs
  • Maintain a positive, structured salon learning space

  • Hair and beauty background (salon or training)
  • Experience with young people or vulnerable learners (desirable)
