Job Description

A Birmingham infant school is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across EYFS and KS1. You will provide targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, helping students develop communication, confidence, and early academic skills. This is a fulfilling role for someone passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences in early years settings.

  • Deliver individual and group support for SEND pupils
  • Support classroom routines and behaviour plans
  • Monitor progress and adapt support strategies
  • Collaborate with SENCO and classroom staff

Desired Experience + Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting SEND in EYFS/KS1
  • Knowledge of autism, speech & language, or sensory needs
