Job Description
You’ll lead safeguarding procedures across the school, ensuring policies are followed, concerns are managed effectively, and staff are supported in maintaining safe practices. You’ll work closely with leadership, pastoral teams, and external agencies to ensure pupils receive appropriate and timely support.
- JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead safeguarding processes and policy implementation.
- Manage safeguarding concerns and case documentation.
- Support staff with safeguarding guidance and training.
- Liaise with external agencies and safeguarding partners.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience in safeguarding leadership within education.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to manage sensitive cases professionally.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
