Behaviour Mentor
A Primary school in Coventry is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support children who benefit from structure, regulation strategies and consistent encouragement. You’ll guide pupils through calming routines, help them re-engage after tricky moments and model positive interactions. Some pupils need reassurance; others need clear, predictable steps to stay focused. Working with teachers, you’ll help create a supportive space where pupils feel understood and able to learn.
Job Description
Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support. Guide pupils through regulation strategies. Support transitions and classroom routines. Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff.
