Job Description
A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Warwickshire is seeking a compassionate and proactive SEND Teaching Assistant. This role involves working with children who require tailored support in both 1:1 and small group settings. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils with SEND reach their full potential within a structured and caring environment.
- Provide in-class support for pupils with additional needs
- Adapt learning materials to suit different learning styles
- Foster pupil confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to track and support progress
