Job Description

You’ll support pupils with additional needs through structured classroom activities, 1:1 guidance, and small-group learning. Working closely with teachers and therapists, you’ll reinforce routines, support communication strategies, and help pupils remain engaged with learning throughout the school day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide 1:1 and small-group SEND support.
  • Reinforce personalised learning strategies and routines.
  • Support communication and engagement during lessons.
  • Share pupil progress with teaching and SEND teams.
