Job Description
You’ll lead pastoral provision across a year group, supporting pupils with behaviour, wellbeing, and engagement. Working alongside teachers and safeguarding teams, you’ll coordinate interventions, monitor progress, and ensure consistent support systems are in place.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead pastoral support for a designated year group.
