Job Description
You’ll support pupils across lessons, small-group work, and targeted interventions. You’ll clarify instructions, help pupils stay focused, and prepare simple resources. Working closely with the class teacher, you’ll reinforce learning routines, model positive behaviour, and help pupils develop independence. The role suits someone calm, organised, and ready to contribute to a consistent, supportive learning environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups across the school day.
- Assist with interventions in reading, writing, or maths.
- Reinforce classroom routines and behaviour expectations.
- Prepare resources and maintain accurate support notes.
Desired Experience + Qualifications
- Experience supporting primary-aged pupils.
- Clear communication and confident classroom presence.
- Organised, patient, and consistent in following routines.
- Strong safeguarding awareness and willingness to learn.
