Job Description

You’ll support pupils with communication needs by using visuals, modelling language, and reinforcing clear routines. You’ll run targeted speech + language activities, help pupils access tasks, and work closely with teachers and therapists to implement personalised plans. Your calm presence will help pupils build confidence, independence, and social communication skills across the school day.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver targeted communication activities 1:1 and in small groups. Use visuals, modelling, and structured routines consistently. Support pupils during lessons, transitions, and social times. Liaise with teachers and therapists to monitor progress.
