Care at Home Assistant

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit Care Assistants to work in our home care company covering the Perth and Kinross area

As part of our Care team at MM Support your main duties will include:

• Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes
• Meeting the care needs of service users in a person centered approach
• Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
• Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
• Ensuring effective written and oral communication

The Person:

• No Previous experience needed as full training will be given
• To work as part of a team or independently
• Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
• Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
• Access to their own transport
• Must have full UK driving license
• Access to a Smartphone
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Flexible to work within multiple environments
• Must be willing to register with the SSSC
• Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice.

We are Paying £12.50 weekdays and £13.20 Weekends.
