As a Senior AI & Automation Engineer, you’ll sit at the heart of our Centre of Excellence, designing and delivering scalable AI capabilities across Machine Learning, LLMs and generative AI, alongside enterprise-grade automation. You’ll work across modern engineering practices (MLOps, DevOps, Agile) and help embed resilient, measurable solutions into real business workflows."

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy Machine Learning models, LLM solutions and generative AI components
• Implement MLOps best practices, including model pipelines, monitoring and automated evaluation
• Integrate AI/ML models into business workflows using scalable APIs and orchestration layers
• Engineer performant automation across Microsoft Power Platform, AWS and UiPath
• Support solution architecture using scalable, resilient patterns
• Design, code, test and document high-quality software following engineering best practices
• Identify, assess and shape new AI and automation opportunities, including running PoCs
• Contribute to Agile delivery (planning, estimation, documentation) and structured change control
• Troubleshoot issues in live processes and provide timely, effective solutions
• Create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases
• Support operational teams through UAT and rollout

To be considered, we're looking for the following experience | expertise:

• Experience and passion in AI/ML, LLMs and MLOps
• You are an expert at prompting and utilizing AI tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Anthropic models & OpenAI to accelerate your coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Object-oriented design patterns and strong software engineering fundamentals
• Strong DevOps principles and automation practices
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, AWS and UiPath (certifications preferred)
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python and SQL
• Strong experience with AWS services
