Role:Marketing Executive
Hours: 30 hours per week
Holidays:21 days + bank holidays (pro-rata)
Starting salary:Salary dependent on age plus bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package

Job Description

  • Grow the audience of [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] social media pages in line with the desired target audience
  • Generate engagement and conversation with the audience through a combination of social messaging, outreach and engaging content
  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns across different mediums (print/ PPC/ social)
  • Grow the email marketing list of [Employer hidden] with a strategic content and email marketing plan
  • Generate blog content for the MJH website to assist in content marketing strategy and provide company updates to MJH clients
  • Experience designing online and offline assets using online tools or software of choice
  • Assist in offline marketing activities including networking
  • Making content edits to the MJH website
  • Monitoring performance and reporting
  • Copywriting/proofreading abilities

Job Specification

DESIRABLE

  • A Level (or equivalent) qualified including IT

ESSENTIAL

  • 5 GCSEs @ Grades 4 – 9 including Grade 6 GCSE or above in Maths and English
  • Sound knowledge of Social media platforms and proven track record for creating and posting engaging content
  • Computer literacy, including Photoshop/ Canva, WordPress and Microsoft Office
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, using own initiative
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
