The Role

Backend Development: Designing, building, and optimising high-performance backend systems in Python and FastAPI.

Real-Time Systems: Developing and maintaining backend systems that handle large volumes of real-time data.

Code Quality: Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Architecture: Contributing to system architecture decisions and shaping the technical roadmap.

Ownership: Taking projects end-to-end in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• API Development: Building RESTful APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Scalable Systems: Supporting performance, scalability, and automation initiatives.
• Data Handling: Working with high-volume, real-time data systems.
• Collaboration: Contributing within a high-growth, innovative engineering team.

Requirements

• Python: Strong professional experience with Python.
• Frameworks: Experience building RESTful APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks such as Flask or Django.
