**Role:**Italian-speaking Client Sales Associate
**Client:** Rapidly growing insurance technology business
**Compensation:**Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus
**Location:** London (Hybrid)
Key responsibilities include:
- • Conducting outbound outreach and cold calling to Italian-speaking prospects
- • Handling inbound enquiries and qualifying potential clients
- • Managing the sales process from first conversation to conversion
- • Understanding client needs and presenting suitable insurance solutions
- • Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
- • Building long-term client relationships and supporting retention
- • Working closely with internal sales and account management teams
Requirements
- • Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- • Experience in sales, telesales, client services, or customer success
- • Confidence with cold calling and outbound sales activity
- • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- • A proactive, target-driven mindset
- • Familiarity with CRM systems
