Circle National Enquiry Centre in Glasgow is part of [Employer hidden] Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. 

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their team of staff in the Primary Care Team.

This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months only to cover maternity leave.

Duties of this role include:

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts, intermediaries and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Account Management team by deploying client contracts accurately across all [Employer hidden] Group systems.
  • Maintain and develop the client database, ensuring accurate and complete employee and eligibility data is captured.
  • Manage end-to-end client invitation and recall processes, monitoring uptake and reporting on effectiveness.
  • Process client charges and reconcile these on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of queries.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the Health Assessment platform and associated systems, becoming a “product expert” for clients and colleagues.
  • Ensure all activity complies with [Employer hidden] Group policies, data protection requirements (GDPR), and contractual obligations.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience in an administrative, coordination or client support role.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and data-handling skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information appropriately.
  • Previous experience in a B2B, healthcare, primary care, or corporate services environment desirable but not essential
