• Collaborate with the Field Sales Team to build a territory plan, reach out to new and existing customers to identify new revenue opportunities for [Employer hidden]. You’ll perform a vital role within our sales team developing inbound and outbound leads into qualified opportunities for our field sales team.

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Business Development, Sales Development, or similar commercial role within a corporate or scale‑up environment
  • Demonstrated achievement against quarterly or annual quota, with evidence of meeting or exceeding targets (e.g. pipeline creation, meetings booked, opportunities influenced)
  • Exposure to software or technology sales preferred, with interest in enterprise‑level solutions
  • Ability to consistently generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound follow‑up, and account research
  • Business‑level fluency in English, confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and follow‑through
  • Proactive, high‑energy “go‑getter” mindset, willing to learn, test new approaches, and take ownership of results
  • Comfortable working in a metrics‑driven environment (KPIs such as activity levels, conversion rates, and quota attainment)
