At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we believe in empowering every individual to make an impact. Here, your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your unique perspective fuels our collective success. As part of our global team, you'll thrive in an environment that champions curiosity, collaboration, and innovation, all while making meaningful contributions to the brands we accelerate. Join us in shaping the future of communication and building authentic connections that matter. Whether you're solving complex problems or driving bold innovations, your growth is our success, and together, we’ll create the conversations of tomorrow. Empower your impact at [Employer hidden]. Be seen, be understood, be you. We’re growing our Product Design team and are looking for someone to join our PR Newswire team who can craft creative, intuitive user experiences.
Duties and Responsibilities
*The role includes, but is not limited to, the following:*
- UX and CX: Combine user experience (UX) and customer experience (CX) principles with business goals to optimise the customer’s entire “e-Commerce shopping” experience and drive in-app purchasing habits.
- Mapping and optimising the customer journey: Understand how customers find, browse, purchase, and receive products to identify and remove friction points from all eCommerce and ordering flows.
- Data-driven optimisation: Use data and analytics to understand user behaviour and performance, applying insights to improve the purchasing experience, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue and product growth.
- Product taxonomy: Collaborate with product counterparts and specialists across the business to improve how products are displayed, described, grouped, and promoted.
- Copywriting: Write clear, persuasive content that guides users towards completing a purchase.
- Multidisciplinary collaboration: Along with your product counterpart you’ll act as a bridge, connecting the work you do with an understanding of our sales, content specialists, and finance process to ensure a seamless experience for our users.
- Strategic alignment: Ensure design work aligns with strategic objectives and vision, identifying potential risks and using design to mitigate them.
- From concept to delivery: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to take ideas from initial concept through to live solutions.
- Stakeholder engagement & facilitation: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Product Managers, Developers, Marketing, Finance, and Sales and senior stakeholders to drive alignment. Facilitate workshops where needed to generate ideas and meaningful discussion.
- Presenting to stakeholders and peers: We cannot design alone; feedback is vital to what we do. Our design team does regular critiques and feedback sessions to aid collaboration. You’ll be expected to present design concepts to stakeholders and other peers, expressing clear rationales to back up your design choices.
