If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our Marketing team and play a key role in driving growth and long‑term brand equity for Viviscal, a leading brand within the Beauty & Personal Care category.

This role is based in our London Office and allows for home working up to 3 days per week.

As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of developing and delivering insight‑led brand plans for Viviscal, balancing short‑term commercial performance with long‑term brand building. Operating in a fast‑paced FMCG and beauty environment, you’ll work cross‑functionally with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to optimise range, pricing, promotions and channel mix—while delivering compelling communications that strengthen Viviscal’s premium positioning and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans to drive growth and profitability for Viviscal.
  • Lead in‑market performance across volume, revenue, profit and market share.
  • Optimise product range, pricing, promotions and channel mix across retail, e‑commerce and D2C.
  • Use consumer, shopper and market insights to identify growth opportunities within Beauty & Personal Care.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR and in‑store channels.
  • Partner closely with Sales on pricing, promotions and customer‑specific plans.
  • Track competitor activity and evaluate promotional effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage creative, media and PR agencies to ensure high‑quality, on‑budget execution.
  • Own brand marketing budgets, performance tracking and KPI reporting.
  • Contribute to a positive, creative and high‑performing marketing team culture.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in Brand Management or Marketing (typically 3–7+ years).
  • Experience working on beauty, personal care, FMCG or consumer health brands.
  • Strong experience delivering A&P programmes across ATL, BTL and digital/social.
  • Solid digital marketing and social media experience.
  • Experience managing agencies and external partners.
  • Familiarity with brand tracking, campaign measurement and market data tools.

You’ll be a commercially minded brand marketer with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour within the Beauty & Personal Care category. Analytical yet creative, you’re confident using data to drive decisions while building emotionally engaging brands. With excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment where performance and brand excellence go hand in hand.

This role works Monday – Friday, 37-hours per week.

In return we offer a competitive package, including 24 days annual leave (pro rata), a pension matched up to 9%, life assurance cover and membership of a health cash plan.
