£30.66 to £33.51 per hour

About the Role

In this rewarding role, you will plan and deliver engaging, industry-standard sessions designed to support learners of all abilities. You will contribute to the ongoing development of our Beauty Therapy curriculum while ensuring that each learner is supported to achieve their goals and maximise their progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment across Levels 1–3 in Beauty Therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, learner progress and assessments in line with college policies.
  • Provide clear, constructive and timely feedback to support learner development.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and the creation of high-quality teaching resources.
  • Monitor learner progress through individual learning plans and proactive course management.
  • Participate in the College’s quality assurance and improvement processes.
  • Represent [Employer hidden] at open evenings, careers events and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update your professional knowledge and practical skills within the Beauty Therapy sector.
  • Work in accordance with [Employer hidden]’s Safeguarding, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Health & Safety procedures.
  • Undertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in a relevant Beauty Therapy subject area.
  • Minimum Level 2 English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent).
  • Teaching qualification, or willingness to complete one within three years.
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons.
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Desirable

  • Experience teaching or training Beauty Therapy learners.
  • Experience supporting learners at a range of levels.
  • Understanding of CPD requirements within Beauty Therapy.
