FULL DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to provide direct support to [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]’s clients with their sourcing requirements. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end procurement process using our purpose-built source-to-pay platform, ensuring that clients and service providers receive an exceptional level of service throughout.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely support to clients on their procurement and sourcing requirements.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process from sourcing through to contract award.
  • Research and identify service providers that deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.
  • Act as a key contact for clients and service providers, fostering positive relationships.
  • Respond to system and support queries within agreed timescales.
  • Review and process new service provider onboarding requests.
  • Conduct spend analysis and produce accurate reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing in SharePoint and monitor shared inboxes effectively.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings with clients and service providers.
  • Provide general administrative support to colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with all organisational policies, including Health & Safety, Information Security, and Data Protection.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.

skills, knowledge & experience: essential

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent.
  • Previous office-based experience.
  • Strong analytical and evaluative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

skills, knowledge & experience: Desireable

  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working in a corporate or procurement environment.
  • Proven track record in a customer service or client support role.
  • Experience using P2P/Procurement software.
  • Understanding of procurement processes within the public or private sector.
