Job Description
Key Responsibilities
System & Device Management
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot the computer systems, email, networks, and in-vehicle devices.
Provide support for in-vehicle systems, dispatch software, GPS tracking, and payment terminals.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software applications, including standard office suites and industry-specific dispatch systems.
Network Maintenance
Monitor and maintain the company’s computer networks (LAN, Wi-Fi) to ensure optimal performance and security.
Hardware Repair & Replacement
Perform repairs and replace damaged IT equipment as required.
User Account & System Administration
Set up new user accounts, manage access permissions, and perform system maintenance tasks such as loading user applications, programs, and data.
System Analysis & Improvement
Analyse systems and make recommendations to improve performance.
IT Support & Helpdesk (First Line Support)
Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related queries from office staff and drivers.
