FULL DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with information about products, services, and pricing
  • Assist customers in placing orders through social media platforms
  • Handle telephone enquiries from prospective customers on behalf of the sales team
  • Prepare sales invoices and maintain accurate sales records
  • Maintain accounts and documentation of sales activities
  • Handle customer complaints or escalate them to the relevant sales team member
  • Perform general sales and marketing administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or administrative role
  • Qualification equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with online platforms and social media communication
