Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can plan, execute, and optimise our digital presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will build strong online communities, protect brand reputation, and drive measurable growth through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with organisational goals
  • Identify and leverage emerging trends, setting clear KPIs for growth and engagement
  • Create, manage, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content across all social platforms
  • Maintain consistency through a strategic content calendar in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyse social media performance metrics and competitor activity to generate actionable insights
  • Provide data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage and engage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
  • Build strong relationships with audiences and act as a bridge between customers and the organisation
  • Lead end-to-end social media campaigns, from planning and execution to performance evaluation
  • Monitor online presence to safeguard brand reputation, manage risks, and position ZS Deliver as a trusted industry leader

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends
  • Excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills

Starting Salary: £33,500 (based on experience & performance)
