We’re seeking a hands-on, results-driven Client Implementation and Project Manager to join our PMO team. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage strategic adhoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Own and enhance the full end to end onboarding process (Gold, Silver, Bronze clients), ensuring a smooth and professional implementation experience.
  • Continuously improve the customer journey by working closely with senior stakeholders including the CEO, MD, COO, and heads of key business units.
  • Drive a variety of project types, from business operational improvements to technology platform rollouts, acting as the central PMO owner.
  • Anticipate and address potential risks, roadblocks, or opportunities before they arise, applying a proactive mindset.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (senior management, business units, technical teams, external partners) to ensure successful and cohesive project delivery.
  • Identify and implement best practice project management processes to help the company scale efficiently.

skills & experience

  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) level 4+ degree level education (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
  • Experience with client implementations or technology-based projects is a strong advantage.
