The Supply Planner for Infusion Care (IC) is responsible for ensuring reliable product availability across both B2B and B2C channels by managing end‑to‑end supply planning within a dual/triple‑source manufacturing network and driving strong S&OE and S&OP alignment with Production, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance teams. The role partners closely with the Integrated Planning & Analytics Lead to translate commercial signals into operational plans, optimize inventory, and support resilient, data‑driven decision‑making. As the GQO Key Account Manager for a strategic customer, the Supply Planner leads customer‑facing calls, provides proactive updates on supply outlook, risks, and mitigations, and equips the organization with clear, customer‑ready narratives that protect trust and ensure transparency. The position also supports new product introductions, lifecycle transitions, and cross-site issue resolution, contributing to long-term capacity readiness and operational continuity across the IC portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Integrated Planning & Analytics Lead, ensuring commercial signals are accurately translated into operational supply plans and enabling resilient, data‑driven decision‑making across forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization.
- Manage supply for assigned B2B and B2C products, ensuring customer service objectives are met across all channels while maintaining inventory targets aligned to business priorities.
- Provide supply and availability updates to inter‑company markets, Customer Service, and key B2B accounts, including information on backorders, low‑stock risks, tenders, new business opportunities, and new product launches. Ensure timely, transparent communication for both direct‑to‑customer (B2C) and strategic account (B2B) needs.
- Support the S&OP process with Commercial, Finance and BU GSC teams, and lead S&OE routines with Production sites and Procurement.
- Drive the Manufacturing Site S&OE process by developing scenarios, assessing risks and opportunities, and providing clear recommendations.
- Align priorities with Commercial teams when supply is constrained relative to demand.
- Communicate the priorities and allocations to the manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with manufacturing plants and DCs to resolve shipping discrepancies, invoicing errors, and damage claims; ensure master data accuracy to prevent future issues.
S&OE, S&OP, and Multi‑Source Planning
- Establish planning processes in a dual/triple‑source environment (e.g., Denmark, Slovakia, Mexico).
- Support the setup and integration of [Employer hidden] Ltd. Supply Planning activities within the IC Supply Chain.
- Provide supply projections, scenarios, and insights into demand/supply balancing as part of the S&OP cycle.
New Product Development & Life Cycle Management
- Support portfolio management, including coordination of new product launches and end‑of‑life transitions.
- Ensure system alignment during launches and discontinuations.
- Reduce risk by communicating deviations from launch/discontinuation plans to Commercial teams.
- Participate in NPD project teams (particularly with Advanced Operations) to represent planning requirements, forecast scenarios, and risk assessments.
KAM
- Serve as the GQO Key Account Manager for a strategic customer, acting as the primary operational and supply interface between Global Quality & Operations (GQO) and the customer-facing organization.
- Lead and run customer‑facing calls, ensuring consistent, transparent, and well‑structured communication on supply status, risks, mitigations, recovery actions, and operational scenarios.
- Provide proactive, insight‑driven updates on supply outlook, constraints, quality‑related impacts, and mitigation plans to support both internal alignment and customer expectations.
- Equip Commercial/KAM teams with clear, data‑backed narratives for all customer engagements, ensuring they are prepared with accurate availability risks, recovery timelines, and strategic recommendations.
- Translate operational and quality realities into customer‑appropriate messaging, maintaining trust and protecting the strategic relationship during periods of volatility.
Other
- Act as backup to other Business Unit Supply Planners during vacation, business travel or other times on an as needed basis
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Background and experience in supply planning
- Experience participating in production and market S&OE, S&OP forums
- SAP and IBP modules experience highly preferred – transactions and reports
- Global experience and in healthcare (Medical Device or Pharma) preferred
- Experience in the S&OP/IBP process
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Critical thinking skills/process thinking orientation

Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree minimum. Preferably in supply chain, operations management or engineering or equivalent experience
- APICS Certification highly preferred (current certification with CPIM or CSCP)
Travel Requirements
- The position may involve travel up to 15% of the time.
- International travel is possible. Most trips will include overnight travel.
