FULL DESCRIPTION

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a CBS Reporting Associate Analyst to join the Service Management team. This role involves managing HR data requests, supporting advanced reporting needs from Workday, and providing second-level support to Tier 1 teams and business stakeholders. The analyst will develop and maintain HR reports, document processes, and partner with the People Experience Solutions team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support Tier 2 tickets via ServiceNow, providing prompt support to different stakeholders requesting HR data, adhering by Data Privacy and Information Security standards, within the defined SLAs.
  • Develop and maintain ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards using Workday as our main reporting tool for support.
  • Document reporting processes, data definitions provided by Tier 3, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • Partner with the People Experience Solutions team, raising any business needs partnering to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.
  • Support the Tier 1 teams, maintaining and ensuring their reporting portfolio is up-to-date and partnering closely to identify scalable reporting needs to serve the businesses.
  • Provide training and guidance to Tier 1 support teams on reporting tools and best practices.
  • Actively engage in HR Reporting upgrades and reporting related initiatives to collaborate in the implementation of data-driven solutions for the different stakeholders and business units

Key requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree and Professional Human Resources, Business, or HR Support Services experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR reporting, HRIS, or data analytics roles.
  • Global support experience and Shared Services experience (preferred)
  • Proficiency in HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with related software tools including, but not limited to, HRIS Systems, SharePoint.
  • Microsoft Office, Excel, Ticket Management.
  • Bound by ethical and professional HR Standards
  • Professional HR Certification preferred.

Education/ Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree and Professional Human Resources or HR Support Services experience
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, among others (preferred)
