FULL DESCRIPTION
The Integrated Planning & Analytics Lead drives end‑to‑end planning excellence for the Infusion Care Business Unit,, spanning forecasting, capacity planning, inventory optimization, and analytics. The role ensures commercial signals are accurately translated into operational plans and enables resilient, data‑driven decision‑making in close partnership with the BU Supply Planning team. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership over demand forecasting, inventory optimization, capacity planning, and molding demand/supply alignment – ensuring tight collaboration with Supply Planning (both Global and local sites’ Supply Planning).
- Lead customer‑forecast governance and collaboration, translating commercial signals into stable, scenario‑ready demand plans; measure accuracy/bias, manage FC change control, and align with S&OE/S&OP to protect capacity, inventory, and service.
- Serve as the key integration between customer forecasts (commercial signals) and operational planning (supply and capacity).
- Partner closely with Supply Planning, Finance Business Partners, Commercial, Procurement, and Molding teams to optimize inventory buffers and define capacity strategies that enhance resilience.
- Define and lead capacity strategies and develop a resilience‑oriented capacity model to ensure stable, long‑term IC BU performance.
- Lead the development, deployment, and evolution of capacity strategies and resilience models for the IC BU.
- Drive full integration of Demand Planning activities into the IC operating model.
- Lead alignment and integration with S&OP/IBP processes, including supporting the IBP Transformation (Blueprint Project) and SAP S/4HANA implementation.
Demand Planning & S&OP Contribution
- Build highly collaborative and trusted relationships with Commercial and Sales teams to ensure demand requirements are well understood and accurately translated to Supply Planning.
- Manage market demand plans across the full horizon, identifying trends, risks, scenarios, and required corrective actions.
- Reconcile demand plans with financial outlooks and commercial expectations.
- Own and continuously improve the demand and forecast processes ensure all S&OP performance metrics are achieved.
- Serve as owner of the forecasting tool and govern all inputs, updates, and data integrity across cycles.
- Serve as the primary Supply Chain liaison for the IC BU on all demand requirements, ensuring clear and timely communication of volume and portfolio needs across the 18‑, 24‑, and 36‑, 50-months horizons.
Inventory Management
- Develop and own the inventory strategy for the BU, ensuring alignment with Supply Planning and broader BU priorities.
- Optimize finished goods inventory levels, ensuring right‑sizing and efficiency.
- Review excess and obsolete inventory exposures; define proactive and reactive mitigation actions in collaboration with Commercial and Finance.
- Identify opportunities to improve both service and inventory outcomes and ensure SAP parameters reflect optimized planning logic.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Actively manage the BU product portfolio – including new product introductions, product transitions, and end‑of‑life management.
- Ensure system readiness and alignment throughout launch and discontinuation processes.
- Reduce risk through timely communication of deviations and changes to commercial teams.
Continuous Improvement, Analytics & Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Translate GQO, [Employer hidden], and BU strategic priorities into actionable improvement plans within Integrated Planning.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting, inventory, and service performance.
- Lead and/or participate in cross‑functional projects, including cost‑savings, analytics development, and process optimization.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven Background and experience in a Demand Planning/Supply Planning/S&OP leadership level at a market &/ regional level
- SAP and IBP modules experience highly preferred – transactions and reports
- Global experience and in healthcare (Medical Device or Pharma) preferred
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential

Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor's degree minimum. Preferably in supply chain, operations management or engineering or equivalent experience
- APICS Certification highly preferred (current certification with CPIM or CSCP)
Travel Requirements:
- The position may involve travel up to 15% of the time.
- International travel is possible. Most trips will include overnight travel.
