FULL DESCRIPTION
At [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk], we are looking for a University Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end projects and actively participate in key HR processes, gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of full projects and manage tasks with a higher level of complexity.
- Manage and lead the onboarding (induction) program, including agenda coordination, logistics, daily interaction with new hires, communication, and corporate presence.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, representing the HR area with professionalism and confidence.
- Support the team with data analysis, presentations, and information management.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and HR projects according to business needs.
Profile We Are Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, or related fields.
- Autonomous, confident, and communicative, with the ability to lead sessions and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Comfortable making basic decisions and proposing solutions.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
- English is not a mandatory requirement; however, the ability to understand and manage documents in English using available tools is expected.
Work Model & Schedule
- Hybrid model, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
- Some weeks may require full on-site attendance depending on the activities.
