FULL DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to support brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement. The role works closely with local and global marketing teams, sales, medical, and external vendors to activate compliant digital campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels (website, email, social media, CRM, and other digital platforms).
  • Activate global assets locally using a global-to-local (glocalization) approach.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Coordinator on translations, local adaptations, and compliance approvals (e.g., MRL).
  • Define calls-to-action and campaign objectives for each digital asset.

Content & Channel Management

  • Develop and manage digital content tailored to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.
  • Support messaging and digital presence before/during/after congresses.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and social media activities in collaboration with internal teams and agencies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints in collaboration with Marketing team.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, optimize and maintain websites, and content repositories where relevant.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance of digital activities using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Use insights to recommend optimizations and improve future campaigns.

Compliance & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Ensure all digital activities comply with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, and Legal teams during content development and approval processes.
  • Support HCP and patient compliance requirements were applicable.

Cross-functional & Vendor Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Global Marketing, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.
  • Support omnichannel initiatives aligned with broader brand and commercial strategies.

Related to all duties and responsibilities, the Sr Multichannel Manager will be responsible for budget monitoring own projects, incl. handling of purchase orders

Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences.
  • Hands-on experience with digital campaign execution, email marketing, social media, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using KPIs to measure performance.
  • Understanding compliance and regulatory frameworks (e.g., MDR) is an advantage.
  • Experience working in international or global-to-local marketing setups.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, a life science degree combined with relevant digital marketing experience.
