FULL DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Manager reports to the Country General Manager and will be responsible for the direction and management of all marketing and professional education activities. You will also be collaborating both local and regional Marketing teams across various levels.
Key duties and responsibilities
You will help drive the responsible market’s revenue goals and increase market share through collaboration with sales, marketing, professional education activities.
- Develop, execute and drive marketing strategies and programmes designed to meet the local market objectives, patient journeys, needs and pain points, in collaboration with identified stakeholders
- Crafting an objective driven annual marketing plan basis the customer needs with well-articulated value proposition in accordance with overall business strategy
- Develop unique and ownable customer and patient-centric experiences across their journeys, in collaboration with identified stakeholders
- Develop clear and integrated communication briefs based on specific VP's and communication objectives linked to business needs
- Develop local launch plans by prioritizing impactful marketing levers and implement Global Launch Pack on time in full to deliver approved business cases
- Define metrics that matter for tracking, analyzing and improving marketing activities
- Continuously track campaign performances against KPIs
- Actively represent the voice of the target customers and patients and reflect in every element of the brand positioning
- Develop and conduct product training and marketing program updates for the sales team
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Manage key customer relationships and participate on closing strategic opportunities
- Responsible in defining the market’s professional education direction, focus areas and generation of local clinical insights
- Manage all digital channels to drive brand awareness and generate leads
Skills & Experience:
- Able to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
- Proven track record of success in new product/new market environment. Experience penetrating new technology PL in specific markets is highly desired
- Excellent verbal and written presentation to influence stakeholders through effective data-led story telling in a simple and clear way
- Analytical and industry knowledge to drive acquisition growth and lifetime value metrics
- Identify marketing opportunities, partnerships, features, services, digital marketing, and capabilities that impact program profitability and drive change
- Demonstrate sound commercial acumen and accelerate revenue and profit growth, taking into account calculated risks and mitigations
- Passionate to grow the business through innovative solutions
- Work collaboratively with other functions such as sales, tender management, finance etc. and manage team of professional education to drive business objective
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Business, Marketing, or related field
- MBA preferred.
- At least 8 years marketing experience in comparable industries
- Experience candidates from MedTech, Critical Care & Orthopedics is highly desired
