Production Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our Global Video Production (GVP) team in the Marketing department at our Manchester Studio. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the video production process, and be skilled with scheduling, budgets, and asset management.

What does a Production Coordinator at CIG do?

  • Coordinate all video projects through all phases of production. Including pre-production, production (filming/gameplay capture), post-production, finishing, delivering for publish and wrap.
  • Scope, develop and maintain production schedules and budgets.
  • Proactively collect feedback and provide status updates with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate efforts of shared resources from both internal departments and external vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, purchase orders (POs), Statement of Work (SOW), license agreements, invoices, and overall communication with external vendors.

What do we expect from our Production Coordinator?

  • A good amount of industry experience as a Production Coordinator within Marketing, Advertising, Television, or Gaming industries.
  • Technical and logistical knowledge of production & post-production pipelines for promotional, scripted, and unscripted video content.
  • Proficient with project management software such as MS Office, Airtable, and Jira.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to easily adapt to changing mandates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects across various disciplines and time zones.
