The Role

We are seeking a personable and passionate Private Client Manager to join our team and assist with the evolution and elevation of the overall client experience at [Employer hidden].

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and able to naturally build rapport with our UHNW clients in person, over the phone and on email by conveying their enthusiasm and knowledge about our extraordinary adventures to all corners of the world.

As the initial touchpoint for all new enquiries, you’ll be responsible for setting the tone — one of inspiration, trust, and an industry leading service. You’ll listen deeply, understand quickly, and provide intelligent guidance to help shape a client’s vision before collaborating with our specialist Projects Team to bring these ideas to life through highly curated trips.

You’ll work across departments, collaborating closely with the Projects, Business Development and Marketing teams to help refine our approach and ensure every prospective client receives a level of engagement befitting [Employer hidden].

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first ambassadorial voice of [Employer hidden] - handling all new client enquiries with warmth, precision, and insight.
  • Provide clients with early-stage guidance and ideas that reflect the quality and creativity of our trips.
  • Act as KRM for the client to seamlessly manage qualified enquiries with our Projects Team, ensuring a smooth and well-informed transition and support throughout the customer journey.
  • Keep up to date with our evolving product offering through regular updates with our Projects and Product Teams.
  • Collaborate with our Marketing Team to provide feedback that helps shape outreach and content strategies.
  • Work within the Private Client team to refine how we manage incoming leads and develop best-in-class enquiry handling and relationship management.
  • Manage client data within our CRM system, ensuring details are recorded accurately and consistently.
  • Responsible for all initial responses and outreach to new enquiries in a timely manner.

Key Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in a client facing role for a Luxury Travel company
  • High level of knowledge and understanding of the travel and luxury travel industry
  • A natural communicator with a strong, confident phone manner and excellent written skills.
  • Someone who enjoys building rapport and understands the nuances of engaging UHNW individuals.
  • Passionate about luxury travel, exploration, and the pursuit of meaningful experiences.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident navigating CRM systems and managing data with accuracy.
  • Eager to grow within a company that values initiative, creativity and world-leading service.
  • Reliable and discreet with a strong sense of initiative.
