Company Description

Job title: Education and APC Administrator

Salary: £23,132.20 per annum

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire. We typically work there 2–3 days a week, with flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.

Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week — with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.

Position

What you’ll be doing:

  • ·Dealing and processing telephone and email enquiries
  • ·Administrating BHS assessments against quality assurance compliance with regulatory bodies,
  • ·Including bookings, assessment paperwork and results
  • ·Taking payments in a secure and GDPR manner
  • ·Helping to maintain Accredited Professional Coach membership status
  • ·Planning and delivering of courses including booking venues and presenters
  • ·Assisting the Education department as required

  • ·Doing the same job day in day out
  • ·Looking for tasks to fill your day
  • ·Working on your own

Requirements
