Summary
Within the Mails, Parcels & Payments team, our Product Management function will be responsible for managing mails product verticals including PUDO, Buy-In Branch, International and Digital. Overseeing all aspects of commercialisation, product development, implementation, in-life management and operational performance, they will work closely with the Carrier Account Managers to translate carrier commercial strategy and ambition into [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] propositions.
The Product Support Manager will be responsible for supporting the Product Managers across all their vertical products. They will assist in coordinating activities across multiple functions, ensuring propositions are delivered effectively and performance is monitored. They will have the opportunity to support with Proposition Design, provide input on pricing and promotional strategies as well as work with a range of internal stakeholders within the business. What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in Product Support ideally within a similar sector: In addition you will possess:
- Experience in establishing successful, cross-functional stakeholder relationships
- A good understanding of proposition design and customer journey
- Knowledge and experience of parcel networks and OOH delivery models
- Experience working in a fast paced commercial environment
- The ability to ideate and develop new ideas whilst being innovative to drive performance
- Knowledge of working with data & analytics to both drive decisions & inform evaluation
