Coordinator/Analyst, Sales Planning & Operations - EMEA

What You’ll Do
- Driving strategic initiatives to enhance Sales Planning processes and efficiencies, ensuring all planners adhere to best practices
- Supporting all phases of new system enhancements/projects, including requirements gathering, UAT, implementation and training
- Deliver regular reporting and address ad-hoc requests for EMEA and Home Office (e.g. month-end reporting, TV Series sales reports, budget views etc.)
- Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new starters and new system functionality, including managing updates for the training handbook
- Review requests for materials delivery and approve
- Provide cover for territory planners, i.e., running avails, deal system entry and processing revenue and materials delivery requests
- Manage calendars for 2 VPs, coordinate cross-territory and cross-functional meetings for EMEA Sales Planning, organise team conferences.
What you have:
- 1-2+ years’ experience in media or a similar commercial environment
- Strong numerical skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
- A process-improvement mindset with a passion for efficiency
- Confidence in managing priorities in a fast-paced, international setting
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
- Adept with new systems and software e.g. MS Suite, AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
- Strong IT skills, in particular Excel (Pivot Tables & Formulae), and must be comfortable in learning new systems
- Problem Solving & Decision making – demonstrates an ability to address root causes of problems, identify alternatives and propose solutions.
- Able to use complex information to provide summaries with clear and meaningful insights
