The Co-Artistic Directors will work jointly to co-create a holistic framework through which all Candoco’s work will be made, delivered and reviewed. The ideal candidate has a strong curatorial voice and a record of creative leadership. Candoco is looking for someone who values their ongoing and progressive approach to enquiry and who will drive an ambitious and radical artistic programme of work.
