Community Dance Practitioner - Hip Hop with older adults

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] promote healthy, happy ageing through Hip Hop dance workshops with older adults. In particular, we are recruiting for our care homes and day centres. We’re looking for someone who is: Reliable, Committed, Passionate, Full of Energy, Punctual, Patient. Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential. All successful interviewees will undergo 3-6 weeks unpaid training with [Employer hidden] (approx 2 shadow classes per week) After successful interview and training, we pay £30 per 45 min session. Invoices are sent at the end of the month and paid on the 1st of the next month. In terms of days, some people teach one class a week with us, some teach 7-8. Usually the most you could fit into a day would be 2 classes because of the timings (usually start 11am, 2pm or 3pm).
