Job Title: Account Manager (PR & Social)

A communications agency is looking for an Account Manager to support and lead PR and social media activity across a mix of client accounts. This role involves both hands-on delivery and contributing to wider campaign strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create PR content including press releases, articles, and case studies
  • Pitch campaigns to journalists and influencers across B2B and B2C sectors
  • Build and manage media and influencer relationships
  • Plan and produce social media content and support day-to-day channel management
  • Take ownership of smaller accounts and key workstreams on larger projects
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Identify opportunities for coverage and reactive moments
  • Collaborate with internal teams and support junior colleagues

Requirements

  • Around 2+ years' experience in PR, social, or integrated communications
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Experience working with media and influencer outreach
  • Good understanding of social platforms and content planning
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
