Job Title: Account Manager (PR & Social)
A communications agency is looking for an Account Manager to support and lead PR and social media activity across a mix of client accounts. This role involves both hands-on delivery and contributing to wider campaign strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Create PR content including press releases, articles, and case studies
- Pitch campaigns to journalists and influencers across B2B and B2C sectors
- Build and manage media and influencer relationships
- Plan and produce social media content and support day-to-day channel management
- Take ownership of smaller accounts and key workstreams on larger projects
- Contribute to campaign ideation, reporting, and performance analysis
- Identify opportunities for coverage and reactive moments
- Collaborate with internal teams and support junior colleagues
Requirements
- Around 2+ years' experience in PR, social, or integrated communications
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Experience working with media and influencer outreach
- Good understanding of social platforms and content planning
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
