FULL DESCRIPTION
A growing London-based marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of digital and social campaigns for a range of established clients.
Job Title: Account Manager (Digital Marketing)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of digital, social, and media campaigns
- Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance against KPIs
- Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners (e.g. media, influencers)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign updates
- Handle financial processes including quotes, invoices, and budget tracking
- Lead project workstreams and support junior team members
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign delivery
- Proven project management and organisational skills
- Confident managing clients and multiple stakeholders
- Experience across paid and organic channels, including social and content
- Comfortable analysing performance data and reporting insights
- Commercially aware and detail-oriented
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and presentation skills
