FULL DESCRIPTION

A growing London-based marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead the delivery of digital and social campaigns for a range of established clients.

Job Title: Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of digital, social, and media campaigns
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance against KPIs
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams and external partners (e.g. media, influencers)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign updates
  • Handle financial processes including quotes, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Lead project workstreams and support junior team members

Requirements

  • Strong experience in digital marketing and campaign delivery
  • Proven project management and organisational skills
  • Confident managing clients and multiple stakeholders
  • Experience across paid and organic channels, including social and content
  • Comfortable analysing performance data and reporting insights
  • Commercially aware and detail-oriented
  • Able to work at pace and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
