Junior Customer Success Manager - Paid Search / Paid Media

Our client, a high-growth Paid Search Platform and is looking for a Junior Customer Success Manager to support a scalable, digital-first customer experience. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering fast, high-quality support, improving processes, and helping customers get maximum value from the product.

You'll work closely with CSMs across onboarding, support, and lifecycle activity, playing a key role in a high-volume customer environment.

The Role

  • Act as the first point of contact with clients
  • Support onboarding and product adoption, guiding customers on best practice
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams where needed
  • Contribute to customer communications, QBR materials, and digital campaigns
  • Help build and optimise automated workflows and CS processes
  • Maintain accurate customer data and track engagement metrics

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a customer-facing support or success role
  • Experience in Paid Search / PPC / Paid Media from Tech, Agency or Client Side
  • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using CRM/support tools
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in automation, AI, and improving efficiency
