I am hiring a Media Planning Manager to work on a well‑established, category‑leading brand focused on sustainability and everyday behaviour change. The role sits at the centre of strategy, planning and client leadership, with hands‑on involvement across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid channels.

The role

As Media Planner you'll be the day‑to‑day lead on integrated planning, working closely with senior leadership and acting as a trusted contact for both the client and internal teams.

You'll be:

  • Helping shape fully integrated communications strategies across the entire ecosystem
  • Turning consumer, cultural and media insight into clear, compelling communications ideas
  • Managing planning outputs end‑to‑end - from brief through to execution and optimisation
  • Working closely with media, creative, PR, digital and platform partners
  • Supporting and developing junior team members while maintaining high standards of delivery

What you'll be responsible for

  • Delivering accurate, insight‑led communications plans that support brand growth and behaviour change
  • Acting as the day‑to‑day client contact, managing requests, timelines and expectations
  • Project managing proposals, recommendations and points of view
  • Owning financial hygiene, including budget management and billing processes
  • Providing regular cultural, category and competitive insight
  • Working cross-discipline to ensure connected, coherent planning outputs
  • Supporting new business and contributing to organic account growth where required

What they're looking for

  • Experience in an integrated planning role (media agency, communications, digital, content, vendor or similar)
  • Strong understanding of communications planning across OESP
  • Confidence working with data and insight, and translating it into a compelling narrative
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
