Influencer Manager

The Campaign Executive will support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign coordination, creator management and performance tracking.

The Role

The Campaign Executive will support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple client accounts. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign coordination, creator management and performance tracking.

Ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about social, creators and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and shortlist relevant creators based on campaign briefs
  • Manage outreach and initial communications
  • Build and maintain creator relationships

Campaign Delivery

  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables with influencers
  • Track campaign progress and flag any issues
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to brief

Content & Execution

  • Review content against brand guidelines
  • Support publishing and campaign rollout
  • Monitor live campaign performance

Reporting & Analysis

  • Track key metrics (engagement, reach, CPM, ROI)
  • Support reporting for internal teams and clients
  • Maintain accurate campaign data and documentation

Operations & Admin

  • Support influencer onboarding, contracts and payments
  • Keep campaign documentation organised and up to date
  • Assist wider team with ad hoc campaign tasks

Key Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years' experience in influencer marketing, social or similar role
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting paid social campaigns
  • Exposure to tech or digital-first brands
  • Experience contributing to upselling or business growth
