FULL DESCRIPTION
Paid Social Director
2 days per week in the London office
Must have RTW in the UK to apply
The Job
- Working closely with clients to ensure a full understanding of their business, digital needs and priorities
- Work closely across key accounts and new business opportunities, to translate business objectives into impactful platform strategies with measurable outcomes
- Drive innovation and identify new opportunities to improve performance and efficiency, including testing and account development roadmaps
- Lead partner relationships with channel partners and platforms to ensure that the team and clients are constantly at the forefront of industry developments and, when suitable, we are trialling these new tactics for our clients and exploring new platform opportunities
- Collaborate across wider business teams to develop comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies
- Ensure all activity meets or exceeds performance expectations, with measurement frameworks in place to align KPIs through the funnel and measure business level impact
You
- At least 6 years of working in Paid Social
- A proven track record of:
- delivering projects and results for clients with monthly budgets of £100,000+
- achieving business targets (sales and revenue volume, CPA, ROI, ROAS)
- measuring and reporting on performance for full funnel campaigns.
- developing junior team members
- creative analysis, recommendations and testing plans
- guidance on set up of conversion API across social platforms.
- usage of AI technology to enhance campaign performance or processes
