Customer Success Manager - Paid Search / Performance Media
Our Client is a fast-growing Performance Platform working with major global brands and is hiring a Customer Success Manager to drive value across a portfolio of customers. You'll own key client relationships end-to-end, ensuring strong adoption of the platform, delivering commercial outcomes, and identifying opportunities for growth through upsell and renewal.
- Own and manage a defined book of customers
- Drive platform adoption and demonstrate ongoing value
- Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders
- Advise on best practices, workflows and performance reviews
- Identify and manage risk, renewals and growth opportunities
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product teams
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
- Provide customer insight and feedback internally
- Background in paid media, digital marketing or performance marketing - Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, measurement and ROI - Comfortable managing senior stakeholders - Commercial mindset with experience driving renewals and growth - Analytical and data-driven - Experience working with media agencies is a plus - Customer Success or Account Management experience preferred
