We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our Qualified team, focusing on roles within [Employer hidden]’s established customer base as well as Sphere’s largely untapped client portfolio.

About The Role

As a Lead Recruiter, you will:

  • Take ownership of roles with long‑standing JR customers
  • Expand into new opportunities across Sphere’s vast existing client network
  • Build high‑quality relationships with clients and candidates
  • Lead with pace; getting on the phone, meeting clients in person, and driving your desk forward
  • Contribute to a team culture that prides itself on excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting within the qualified finance space
  • Driven, ambitious, and hungry to build your desk and impact the wider business
  • A natural relationship‑builder who enjoys fast‑paced recruitment environments
  • Knowledgeable in placing accounting or finance roles
  • Someone who enjoys collaboration, learning, and refining their craft
