FULL DESCRIPTION

The Role

This is a hands-on, ideas-to-execution role for someone who is *chronically online (in the good way)* and instinctively understands how content travels across platforms.

You'll take ownership of 3 core brands within the FMCG world, while supporting across others when needed. Each brand has a distinct tone and audience, so you'll need to confidently switch gears creatively.

This is a culture-led role. Expect:

  • Serious storytelling alongside playful moments

You'll be both the thinker *and* the maker - coming up with ideas, shooting, editing and sometimes being in front of the camera.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Developing culture-led, reactive and trend-driven ideas across multiple brands
  • Turning briefs into social-first creative that feels native to each platform
  • Shooting and editing primarily phone-led content (lo-fi, native, fast turnaround)
  • Creating both short-form content and occasional higher-production pieces
  • Rough-cut editing (no need for full Adobe suite mastery - scrappy, fast execution is key)
  • Confidently presenting ideas to internal teams and clients
  • Jumping on trends quickly and articulating *why* they work for a brand
  • Collaborating with strategy, account and paid teams to ensure content performs
  • Occasionally appearing in content where appropriate
  • Low-fi first: Social-native, phone-shot, reactive

- Rough edits are absolutely fine - authenticity > polish

- High-production shoots may happen, but this is not a "production house" role

- Platform-native thinking across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts (and beyond)

Who They're Looking For

  • 3-4 years' experience in social content (agency or brand side - open to both)
  • Deep understanding of social trends, formats and creator culture
  • A self-starter comfortable in a start-up / scale-up environment
  • Confident enough to have opinions - and back them up
  • Comfortable juggling multiple brands and tones simultaneously
  • Articulate, proactive and commercially aware
  • Happy to be on camera when required
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment without rigid structur
