We're partnered with a market-leading Digital Experience Platform used by global brands to power modern digital products across web, mobile and multiple channels. Their API-first, composable platform allows organisations to move away from legacy CMS systems and build flexible, scalable digital experiences faster. The business has become a recognised leader in the headless CMS / composable architecture space, working with thousands of organisations globally and continuing to see strong growth across Europe. They are looking to hire a Mid-Market Account Executive focused on the DACH region.

Mid-Market Account Executive (DACH)

London (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Competitive base + double OTE

This role will focus on owning the full sales cycle, generating pipeline, and expanding existing customers, working closely with Solutions Engineering, Partnerships and Customer Success teams.

The Role

  • Own the full sales cycle across mid-market accounts in the DACH region
  • Generate pipeline through outbound activity alongside BDR and marketing teams
  • Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing customers
  • Develop account strategies and execute a land-and-expand sales approach
  • Lead discovery, demos and presentations with technical and business stakeholders
  • Manage RFI/RFQ processes and complex sales cycles
  • Work closely with Solution Engineers to position technical value
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals efficiently

What They're Looking For

  • 3+ years selling a technical SaaS / platform solution
  • 1+ years carrying an individual quota in a closing role
  • Experience closing $60k-$100k+ deals
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity
  • Experience managing and expanding existing accounts
  • Comfortable selling to both technical stakeholders and business leaders
  • Native or fluent German, or previous experience selling into the DACH region
